Why flexible copper busbar not doing surface electroplating but covering nickel sheet?
Normally if let solid copper busbar not be oxidated ,customers will ask to do tin or nickel electroplating on surface.But for flexible copper busbar,electroplating can’t be workable.
Flexible copper busbar is made of sheets of copper foils,if being electroplating tin or nickel ,the copper foils will be chemical corroded.Instead,our engineer think of a solution,covering one layer of nickel sheet at the bottom and top of the flexible copper busbar,which not only avoid copper being oxidated but also prevent from being chemical corroded if do electroplating.This solution get good comments from customers.
